Just a quick note to say that the economic storm we all are seeking shelter from has hit us as well. We understand that it has been rough on everyone, and have done our utmost to prevent price hikes. Unfortunately, we have nowhere else to cut, which means when our suppliers raise their prices (and they have...considerably) we have no choice but to reflect those increases, and only those increases, in the price of our products. While most prices remain unchanged, you may see some increases in our specialty and high-end products. Rest assured that we will continue to do what we can to keep the monster at bay, including seeking out alternative sources for quality goods and making our own arcade-quality alternatives wherever possible. We wish all of our customers the best and we truly appreciate their continued patronage during these difficult times.

Can you believe it? 2023 marks the 20th year of innovation and service we have brought to the arcade gaming community! Many, many thanks go out to all of our customers who have helped ensure that we could continue to provide the community with the type of items many are using on their panels, but who also may not realize that versions of those items first existed (ever) on our humble R&D bench so many years ago. While innovation has slowed as needs have been met over the years, and the demand for true, high-quality arcade gaming parts has waned a bit, you can be sure that we will continue in the true-arcade tradition of providing quality controls and interface products, innovating where we find the need and where our resources permit, well into the future.
