I picked this up for making a remote control for my audio recording PC. Just needed to map a few keystrokes to footswitches so I could tell the machine to play/ record whilst having both hands on a guitar. Very easy to wire up, worked the first time out of the box. It certainly beat shelling out $150 for something more full featured that I was only going to use a couple features from. If I ever build another MAME console, one of these will most likely go into it.
