Another amazing GroovyGameGear.com exclusive! The HelioGem™ Pushbutton is another Premium entry in our revolutionary, new CLASSX™ pushbutton line, offering features never before seen on other arcade pushbuttons.
Now being offered with our new higher-output Helio9™ RGB Lighting unit! Why RGB you say? Because even though these buttons light up vividly in their native color, some offer an impressive range of other colors when illuminated with other colored lighting. If you have a lighting controller like the LED-Wiz, you can expect a range of compatible colors from just two of the LED elements, which allows for nice color-changing effects while using fewer outputs. But for specifically the Clear, Yellow and surprisingly the Purple buttons, you'll probably want to use full RGB, as these have a wider range of colors which can be displayed!
Notes for best utilization of lighting and LED-Wiz outputs:
Clear: Outputs - 3, Full spectrum of colors possible from the Helio9 lighting unit, including white, but less vibrant colors at lower intensities.
Purple: Outputs - 3, Great color selection. Dark when unlit. Somwhat subdued but very vibrant colors. Excellent Pink to dark violet colors.
Yellow: Outputs - 2, Good color selection. Bright reds, oranges and lime greens. Weak blues so best left unconnected.
Orange - Outputs 2, Darker Orange to Red. Start with G and B sharing a single output and at full intensity. Increase R intensity until desired shade is reached.
Red - Outputs 1, Red only. Very rich red color, vitually unaffected by other colors.

HelioGem™ pushbuttons are our own custom design and are not simply based on an existing manufacturers design using a different color. They have been custom made to our specifications and were designed to look and play great on your panel. Our Helio9™ High-Output RGB pushbutton lighting module (included) puts the power of 9 LEDs at your disposal, for intense button lighting even in well lit environments. It includes full 24" long, Color-Coded wires which greatly simplify connections to controllers by not requiring intermediate wiring.
These buttons are made from the same rich colors as those used in pinball playfields and are unlike any you have seen. As such, some colors will appear darker when not illuminated, but for that, the color will be extremely vibrant when lit.

Micro-Leaf™ Style (Optional): Simply the lightest feel available. Virtually disappears under the pushbutton. Click the name for more info. (Currently out of stock..option will be added when more are available)
True-Leaf Pro™ (Optional): A high quality leaf-switch with gold contacts and stacked body! True arcade quality and durability, and the best option for the arcade purist. Can be adjusted for hair-trigger response with amazing rapid fire capability.
